Penis Pump
The penis pump is a cylinder that fits over the penis. It has a motorized or manual pump that creates suction and stimulates the blood flow in the penis. It is known to be used in pornographic movies for engorging the penis before shooting the film.
Studies show that the penis pump only works temporarily and does not keep the penis larger. And over use can actually damage blood vessels.
They also use the pump for people with impotence issues. Pump the penis to erection then use a C-Ring at the end to keep it hard.
In my opinion they are a waste of money. But you may want to try it if you have problems getting it up.
