Lubricants

As mentioned in my article about the Clitoris, you should always use lubricant for the benefit of the clitoris, if no other. Some women feel pain if their clitoris is not lubricated, so definitely use it for that!

Some women need an additional lubricant (other than natural) due to growing older, their natural lubricants can start to deplete. And then like it or not, if you have been with a partner for a certain amount of time (different for all people), you may lose that natural wetness that comes from wanting to be with that partner.

But what kind? A natural silicone lubricant is awesome for sexual enjoyment. It needs less application and less reapplication. You can find some lubricants with a natural stimulant added that will allow the clitoris to tingle and awaken the nerve endings. Some women enjoy this, some do not.
